This show was so great, because it was a chameleon. It didn’t take itself too seriously, and leaned into the camp and humor while also covering intense, uncomfortable, happy, and tragic storylines. This podcast is similarly a chameleon! The interviews, the show’s technical aspects, auditioning, lighting, camerawork, set design, and so much more are packed into this podcast in the best possible way. Kristin and Deborah are so engaging, entertaining, and funny that you kind of feel like they are hanging out with you in your own living room. If you enjoyed True Blood, this podcast is for you.

I was rewatching the show for the 10th time and then I found this podcast. I aligned my rewatch with the podcast and that was really fun. I love the little tidbits and inside information… I hope this podcast continues, it’s fascinating!

I watched this show when it was airing and have rewatched probably 5-6 times, with the most recent being just a couple months ago. Everytime I find something new! Obviously this podcast is going to be for a niche audience but I find myself crying right along with Kristen and laughing and just absolutely loving all the tid-bites (yes it caught on) and hearing the experiences of all these amazing actors. I love hearing that you loved making as much as I love watching it- truly is magical. Keep going!

Such great chemistry between hosts Deb and Kristin. Deb, I love that you are a nerd!! I love the actor interviews and especially the interviews with other important people who supported the show (set design, costume, cinematography, etc etc). You MUST interview Vampire Eric. And Sookie!!
