This podcast is probably one of the best podcasts that I’ve listened to! I feel like your able to truly connect with Trin (the host) which makes it a lot more enjoyable. She’s very relatable, loving, and helpful and has helped me so much on my own wellness journey. I personally listen to her when I’m feeling very low and sad and she somehow always puts me in a better mood. If you are considering listening to this, I would 100% recommend you do. I am love listening to Trin and she brings my mood up once i hear the opening song i will start to dance and my family can see the massive smile written all over my face. During school I look forward to going home and listen while doing my chores and homework. I also listen during my morning moment of journaling and she makes me feel confident on the inside and out. She is right. “When you feel good you look good”
