First day and I’m hooked! Been listening all day…although I don’t think I’m ready to quit completely (although I’ve cut back to a few drinks at a time). I appreciate the encouraging words and stories. My process needs to be slow, which is where I’m at, and the reason a 12-step doesn’t appeal to me.
I’ll continue my journey and this podcast will definitely be a part of my process. -
