We still did the work, just as you'll have to, but without access to the kind of hard-won experience that's in Justin's podcasts my wife and I would still be spinning our wheels as real estate investors.

After meeting him in person and knowing him for nearly 3 years I've also found his integrity to be impeccable--which isn't always the case in real estate.

If you're an REI podcast aficianado, Justin's first episode is both original and accurate for both newbie and seasoned wholesalers, rehabbers & investors. Great thoughts regarding the biz, delivered in a casual style, easy to listen, recorded w/pro production values.

These weekly podcasts are a great teaching experience when it comes to real estate. Every week I am excited to listen to these podcasts! Justin Colby is brilliant, and really helped me flip houses to a whole other level. I would definitely recommend these podcasts to anyone who is interested in real estate, or thinking about joining the business.

Justin and his guests share actionable and inspiring lessons on how to become a better investor and (more importantly) a better overall person.

Highly recommend listening and subscribing to The Science of Flipping if you want the knowledge AND mindsets to reach all of your overall business goals (and experience freedom through real estate investing as a result)!

I have watched 10+ of Justin colby’s podcasts I think there is some good information and just an interview some great guests. However, I spoke with Justin Colby and signed up for the Science Of Flipping program In July 2023. I paid the $x,xxx deposit and I have not downloaded or opened anything on the program other than the introductory video. I decided this program was not for me after further reviewing justin colbys podcast interviews and social media etc. He would not allow me to cancel even though I have not done an onboarding call, downloaded any content, or watched any content other than the intro video. After requesting to cancel, he asked me to call him. We just spoke on the phone and he has decided to keep the $x,xxx and referenced the legal contract as the reasoning behind it. (even though on text he stated he would refund it) I do not recommend this program and recommend looking further into justin colbys program reviews/ experience/ etc.
