I always learn something from this pod. It might be from Jonah’s rank punditry or from an excellent interview from a wide berth of experts in their fields. From learning about what has been to the unfortunate Ukrainian children kidnapped by Russia to hearing about Jonah’s dogs, it’s alway delightful, interesting, and sometimes I’m laughing until I’m crying. I love the show! Jonah is a witty host with a sarcastic, sardonic, sense of humor, and a deep knowledge of political history and philosophy. The interviews are in depth, but also lighthearted, as is the rank punditry on contemporary matters of cultural and political probity. I look forward to the remnant’s release, especially the Saturday monologue, which Jonah amusingly calls the ruminant. come for the nerdary and Simpsons references stay for the dog stories.

Just listened to Jonah and Christine Rosen. Jonah is a great interviewer with questions, humor and letting his guests speak. Agree that Christine is a very thoughtful and knowledgeable discussion partner and presenter. The deep dive by Christine is wonderful and I’ll look forward to her book.
