I’ve been listening to this show about 7 months now….I’ve learned so much about finances AND many other relevant things. I learn something new every episode. The Ramsey personalities are wonderful people who truly want to help people gain freedom from bondage to money lenders and hope stealers. They use their experience and knowledge to help people figure out how to live their best life. A show that promotes self worth, self responsibility and giving back is a shining star above the rest. God willing, I’ll be doing my debt free scream within the next 24 months. Happy, joyous and debt-free. Thank you Ramsey team.

Despite being a lifelong business owner/manager AND an accountant, other than home ownership I made all the classic personal finance mistakes. Even though I’m middle aged his principles completely changed my finances and I’m debt free and set to pay off my 30-year mortgage in 6 years! I’m at peace and I give and donate like crazy and love it! Only wish I had found Dave years ago, but the good thing is even though I know his program I still derive learning and growth daily from his broadcasts, and he and all his co-hosts lift me up and his Entreleadership podcast is teaching me how to be a better boss and a better human!

Listening to Dave and team while on our debt-free journey provides a constant source of inspiration and accountability. I appreciate Dave’s no B.S. approach as he simultaneously provides hope and clear direction for folks. We are all-in on baby step #2 and have a large amount of debt still to pay off, yet there is such peace knowing we’re following a proven plan and taking action steps every single day to work towards financial freedom. Listening to this podcast every single day is a great reminder that we can do this, and so can you!

Thank you God for Dave Ramsey and all of his wonderful hosts! I love listening to Jade and the crew! Listening to them every single day kept me motivated and driven to pay off our debt, and it did the same for my husband. It also gave us the tools to be able to communicate effectively, and work together towards this goal. It took us 10 months and we paid off 50 K. And at the end, my husband broke his leg and was unable to work. But since we had paid off our debt besides the mortgage we were able to live off just my income and have now began saving for our emergency fund. This podcast helps to keep you motivated and helps you to prepare for situations down the road that come unexpectedly. We are forever grateful for all of you ♥️

I started listening to his show about 6 months ago and loved the financial advice he gave out. It was simple, to the point, and plainly put just made sense. I then started to notice that his rhetoric has become more political and divisive. Oftentimes giving the audience subliminal messages on his political stance, who he likes, who he doesn’t like, and consistently making unnecessary comments that have absolutely nothing to do with financial advice. My last straw was a recent show he did where he took a jab at Joe Biden and his inability to gather his words in a concise and timely manner during a recent debate. What this has to do with finance, I have yet to figure out. As someone who is constantly quoting the Bible and encouraging others to follow, he seems to have forgotten its core principle…love. Is it truthful, is it kind, and is it necessary? This is a principle I would encourage him and his team members to follow. Due to this I have decided to stop listening to the show. There are plenty of other financial guru’s that can stick to what’s important and not get in there own way.

This podcast used to have a tone of help, support and encouragement for those of us working through the baby steps. Since around 2020 and bringing on cohosts, the tone has shifted. It’s more condescending to callers, especially newcomers trying to dig out and forge a new path. Plus, there’s far more political rhetoric and unsolicited opinions on conservative views than ever before. IMO, the Rachel Cruze podcast is what newcomers should listen to for consistency on the topic of financial peace. If only she’d be allowed to take calls, it would probably outrank Papa Dave’s.
