I look forward to the weekly delivery of your podcast because I can be assured it is a thought-provoking interaction with someone bringing an interesting perspective. Your show notes are unquestionably the best I’ve seen and I do spend additional time reading them, checking the links, and digging a bit deeper when it’s something of interest. I particularly like the variety of guests you interview, I always gain deeper appreciation or understanding of the person or subject at hand. Thank you for sharing them with us. My one recommendation for you is to quit asking multiple questions at a time, or questions with a part A and part B. It seems that usually one of the two gets answered. If it’s an important point or question, follow up after the first is addressed.

This is probably the most informative podcast out there for numerous topics I’m interested in. Peter has the perfect radio voice, goes very deep with experts in their respective fields, and doesn’t really put up with false statements or bad science. I probably learn more about nutrition, longevity, diet, fasting, mitochondria, performance, and more on his podcast than anywhere else. If you’re interested in what’s going on with your body and what the latest science is, Peter has fantastic scientists and doctors that will go in depth or even debate these subjects. Thank you for putting so much into each podcast and for getting show notes to help us novices out.

If you have any interest in health, performance, medicine, longevity, science, or simply educated discussion in any fashion, this podcast is perfect. There are few places in the world in which the layperson has such detailed access to some of the best minds in those fields, with topics broken down in such a way that is both intelligible and incredibly fun to listen to. With the amount of value that the podcast and show notes provide, it is astounding that it is still a free service.

Peter Is a perfect host, as he is extremely knowledgeable himself, makes sure to ask about questions for those with less understanding, and allows the speakers to show their style and expertise. I don’t know of any other podcast that consistently interviews top doctors and scientists about their work in a meaningful way- not too deep to understand and not too shallow. I am a current graduate student at UCSan Diego, and find this podcast a fun and insightful way to supplement my education!

I love the contents of The Drive, but the current model of distribution is broken.
Most of what is now in my feed are short episodes promoting the paid subscription. And each episode starts with four minutes (!!) of ads, and ends with a crazily long disclaimer. I get why both these things are, but I listen to podcasts while commuting, cooking or doing other things with my hands. The format gets in the way of easy listening. Unsubscribed.

This podcast continuously frustrates listeners with frequent teasing starts to interesting shows that abruptly end before you can learn anything. It occasionally broadcasts full shows on topics of less interest, at least to me. I support some podcasts and recognize the need for support but the $15/month minimum support level is just to high. I finally decided the best contribution to my health I could achieve with this show would derive from reducing stress by unsubscribing.
