There is so much raw vulnerability and love that pours out of Missy in this podcast. The deep hunger within her to grasp this human experience and to make the most of this life is beautiful to witness. The depth of her caring, her intentional presence, and the thoughtful questions posed to her podcast guests, the broader audience, and to herself reflects her relentless quest to positively develop the human spirit. Missy’s willingness to share both the light and dark times of her life has helped me see that it’s possible to use all of those varying shades of color to paint an even more vibrantly divine view of life. Missy is not only a matriarch to a beautiful family, but has also become an empowering role model to a broader family of souls who are yearning to give, share, and grow into all they can be in this life.

Wow. Really appreciate this new podcast - and also looking forward to where it may be going. Our bodies are so complicated and our minds and emotions also so intricately interwoven and this podcast is starting to unpack these ideas and is so relatable and interesting. Appropriate for movement professionals but also just anyone curious about any or all of these topics.
