It’s tough for me to fully explain what this podcast has meant to me. I have been listening for years as part of my morning routine. The reflective topics, advice, and conversation (because it always feels like Rob is talking directly to me) have been an amazing boost in my path of growth, self awareness and dedication to making the most of my beautiful life. I feel incomplete when I don’t get to listen on my drive to work! I am grateful for the honest and thoughtful content Rob and his team provide. Thank you for following your heart to do this podcast. We’re listening. 🙏✨

1. Rob Dial drops gems EVERY TIME, never misses an episode. They’re filled with soooo much knowledge and strategy to change your life.
2. They’re short, a quick ride to work. Rob gets to the point, no fluff, period.
3. His content is consistent. Always has something to remind you to push forward in life. If you practice what he says, your life will change.

Finally, I am so much happier since I started listening to this podcast.
Rob- thank you for the impact you are making in this world 🫶🏽

I started listening to Rob’s podcast a little over a year now. I’ve incorporated so much of what I’ve learned over that time into my personal and professional life and have seen drastic improvements in both. Prioritizing investing in yourself is so important to creating the life you want personally and professionally and I would’ve never thought like that if it wasn’t for this podcast and what Rob teaches. That is the most valuable thing I’ve learned during this time. I’ve referred so many friends, family, clients, and strangers to this podcast. Highly recommended.

To be honest, when I first began listening to the Mindset Mentor I didn’t know if it was the podcast for me. I thought the episodes were short and aggressive. However, after listening to more, I found this was the exact podcast for me. Rob Dial does a great job explaining the realities of having a positive, go-getter mindset. The Mindset Mentor has truly shaped my way of thinking for the better, which in return has improved my outlook on life and my lifestyle! I listen to the Mindset Mentor every morning while I get ready, it is the perfect start to a positive and motivated day. Not to mention, I struggle with anxiety and this podcast alone has improved (not a magic fix) but has actually helped clear my mind at times by showing me practical ways of thinking. I find myself telling all my friends and family about what I’ve taken in from the podcast and I’m constantly encouraging them to listen. I am very thankful for this podcast and encourage everyone to give it a listen.

I had been listening for a while, and had enjoyed the content. The host would use occasional profanity, which I overlooked. In one episode he even mentioned why he likes profanity, citing that “it adds color.” But as of late he has ramped it up. Not sure what’s going on. The host does a lot of research for the podcast; I’d recommend he do some research on the origins of profanity, and he would discover that it’s roots are the antithesis of his core philosophy and messaging. It’s not called “cursing” because it upholds the host’s core values of love and respect toward others and “making it your mission to make someone else’s day better,” as he likes to end each episode saying. It’s called “cursing” because it carries the connotation of just the opposite. That seems antithetical the podcast’s stated core values. But it’s his show and his business, and he’s earned the right and freedom to conduct himself as he chooses. He’s well received among his target audience, so apparently this audience enjoys his cursing, but they should just know that the underlying motive and intent behind profanity is inherent disrespect and hatred toward others and their values. That’s the essence of what it means to curse others instead of bless them, and that doesn’t resonate with me or reflect my “mission to make someone else’s day better.”

The material presented in The Mindset Mentor is good and I would give Rob Dial 5 stars based on material, but the podcasts are interspersed with profanity. I would love to recommend The Mindset Mentor to friends, family, young people, etc., but I am reluctant for the bad language.

Rob, you are a gifted young man and the subject matter you present is really good. Please elevate your game and figure out a way to communicate without having to resort to a low mindset language. Thanks.
