What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I incorporated this into my daily routine about 6 months ago. The daily tidbits and practical strategies that he discusses have made me more productive and contributed to me changing the way I think of life, time, myself, and my career. Highly recommend for anyone trying to level up.

I really enjoy Rob Dial’s content and the way he breaks down mindset, personal growth, discipline, and transformation in a way that feels both motivating and practical. His message consistently encourages people to become more self-aware, push past limiting beliefs, and take accountability for creating real change in their lives. What stands out most is how relatable and direct the content feels while still being deeply impactful. A lot of the topics go beyond surface-level motivation and really challenge people to grow mentally, emotionally, and personally. I always leave his content feeling more motivated, focused, and inspired to continue evolving and becoming a better version of myself.

Danielle Rakos · May 2026

I used to love The Mindset Mentor podcast and even subscribed to Rob Dial’s emails and texts because his messages really resonated with me. But over the past couple of years, the quality feels like it’s declined. He seems less authentic now and more focused on pushing his coaching program. Even the ads feel overly scripted and not very intentional. I understand he has a business to run, but the content comes across as more transactional. I’ve gone from listening daily to maybe once a month.

DAG LA · May 2026

I have bee listening for years and it truly has made such a positive impact on my life. I have created a better morning routine, take better care of my body, and the biggest change has been my mindset. I use to catch myself throwing pity parties for myself all the time, and now I have a much more positive attitude and has made me accomplish so much more. Thank you!!!

Kristan Whitney · Apr 2026

The material presented in The Mindset Mentor is good and I would give Rob Dial 5 stars based on material, but the podcasts are interspersed with profanity. I would love to recommend The Mindset Mentor to friends, family, young people, etc., but I am reluctant for the bad language. Rob, you are a gifted young man and the subject matter you present is really good. Please elevate your game and figure out a way to communicate without having to resort to a low mindset language. Thanks.

Michael Cataffo · Oct 2023

I had been listening for a while, and had enjoyed the content. The host would use occasional profanity, which I overlooked. In one episode he even mentioned why he likes profanity, citing that “it adds color.” But as of late he has ramped it up. Not sure what’s going on. The host does a lot of research for the podcast; I’d recommend he do some research on the origins of profanity, and he would discover that it’s roots are the antithesis of his core philosophy and messaging. It’s not called “cursing” because it upholds the host’s core values of love and respect toward others and “making it your mission to make someone else’s day better,” as he likes to end each episode saying. It’s called “cursing” because it carries the connotation of just the opposite. That seems antithetical the podcast’s stated core values. But it’s his show and his business, and he’s earned the right and freedom to conduct himself as he chooses. He’s well received among his target audience, so apparently this audience enjoys his cursing, but they should just know that the underlying motive and intent behind profanity is inherent disrespect and hatred toward others and their values. That’s the essence of what it means to curse others instead of bless them, and that doesn’t resonate with me or reflect my “mission to make someone else’s day better.”
