When I first was shown this show, I thought it was kind of a joke. I have lived my life in pride and basically a shadow. I never realized all the small parts of me and big parts of me I was hiding. I’ve been listening to this show for a long time now, and have learned so much about who I am and who I want to be. I love this show, it’s not a joke. This show has changed my life. It’s given me the confidence to go to therapy, it’s helped me resolve some little T trauma that I didn’t know I had, and it’s helped me tackle other traumas that I knew I had but swept under the rug. I will forever recommend this show to people. Thank you so much for all the help you’ve given me. I’m glad the gangs back together, and I’m excited to keep learning along my journey with you all.

I first found the podcast after coming across Justin’s Ted talk, and I am so so glad I found this gem. Liz, Jamey and Justin has the most insightful, respectful, well-researched, passionate conversation about what being a real human looks like in this world. It truly does an exquisite job of leaving the audience reflect on and reframe some of the deep rooted self-hatred we put on men and women, and allowed me to learn and understand not only myself but truly fellow human beings. The podcast really is for everyone, I tell all my friends about it!!!

Just listened to the podcast episode with Drake Bell. I have listened to this podcast a few times before and really enjoyed the conversation. But for this particular episode I was disappointed because it very much felt like Justin - in particular- was very preachy. There was a lot of language around what Drake “should” do and steps he should take. And I felt like it was unsolicited, soapbox-y, and took away from the wisdom and advice that Drake could have imparted and left listeners with.

I love love love the conversations you all have. The clarity, the honesty, the challenge, the growth the love. I want to mirror the compassion and respect in my relationships with as much patience as you all. Thank you for being 100% you and helping us all grow in a world that so desperately needs it.

Love Justin Baldoni. I’ve been a fan of him and his work for many years, so my rating and constructive feedback is in no way directed at him. Listening to the Drake Bell episode now and whoever is doing most of the talking, I don’t know his name, but it’s the male who isn’t Justin, is interjecting way too much as an interviewer and not just letting Drake talk and respond to his questions. Interviewer will ask a question and then as soon as Drake begins to answer, the dude is jumping in with more questions or comments to drive the narrative of Drake’s answer. It’s frustrating to listen to as a listener.
