Loved your conversation with Charlie Hoehn. I felt like I was listening to a masterclass on how to write and market a book. Charlie provided tremendous value they anyone who is an author or who aspires to be an author can use.

I really like this podcast, the conversations, the guests, the wisdom being shared. So the recurring gender bias that high performers, CEOs, are all men just gets pretty annoying. I've noticed it from both the host and guests (both male and female guests) that when they're talking about high performers they're calling them "dads & husbands". It can get a little frustrating to hear as a woman who is trying to do great things, especially when the conversation is also around stories that don't serve us and limiting mindsets.

While this podcast used to be pretty good, recent efforts to ramp up the auditory appeal are try-hard and annoying. This is especially prominent in the Outliers series, where Shane’s overwhelming effort to sound lively is exhausting and too full of effort for his natural range. Also, anytime the guest has a psychology background, the episode is basically, “ listen to Shane get free therapy about all his and only his problems” which is awkward and boring.
