I've been listening to John Campea since he began AMC movie talk almost 10 years ago. His podcast is the only podcast I subscribe to and is the main source for all my movie and streaming entertainment news. He's honest, articulate, fair, passionate and always sticks to his guns.

Been listening to John for years and like a fine, comically priced wine at your local theater, he just gets better with age. Love the fairness and perspective he gives to even the most divisive subjects. Consistently funny and reliable entertainment news and commentary, what more could you ask for?

First encounter John Campea after he mistakenly leaked a potential Spider-Man spoiler. At the time I thought this guy is just doing it for clicks, then I took a moment to actually listen to his YouTube show. Since that day I haven’t looked back and listen five days a week. On my bad days he lifts me up and on my good days he keeps things balanced. Phenomenal group of people who seem to sit around the water cooler and discuss everything in the movie industry and so much more. If I could give 7 stars, I would.

I started watching the John Campea show during the pandemic. It’s been a part of my day, every day since. He offers great insight on the entertainment business, and the whole team come off as genuinely good people. They say you are the sum of the five people you spend the most time with. Well, I feel like I’m in good company listening to these guys every day!

Since Burnett was let go from the show the conversations have just become meh. Appreciated Burnett’s perspective and brought a balance and diversity of opinion to the topics. Feels like it’s lost what made it worth coming to check out regularly.

I have been listening to Campea since the second to last AMC episode. although I really do appreciate his opinion, the show is worthless without counter opinions and discussion. since Rob leaving it is just Campea and Kris. Sometimes I forget Kris is there because John hogs the spotlight, which is fine it’s his show. But the dynamic of the show has changed so much in the last month or two that it’s just not for me anymore. wish everybody on the show the best!
