I have been following and listening for over 5 years. I’m incredibly grateful for this podcast and the dedication Dave puts into delivering valuable insights and cutting-edge resources. As a busy entrepreneur with limited time, I’ve come to trust that every guest is thoughtfully selected by Dave and his team. I know I can rely on the content to extract actionable knowledge that aligns with my life, health, and longevity goals. Over the years, this podcast has deepened my understanding of the body and empowered me to take an active role in my own health decisions. Highly recommend! Dave has a very entertaining way of presenting science around many different areas of our metabolism and longevity while also interjecting his dry humor throughout each episode.

I’ve been on my healing journey for five years. I’ve read over 140 books on cellular healing and biohacking and follow the podcasts of both Asprey and Brecka for years. This two-part interview is the best. Well done, gents.

As the title says, every show either the author or the guest for both are trying to sell you something. Take everything with a grain of salt. They’re not backing up their claims with good research. They’re taking small studies, sometimes not even in humans, and making huge claims that just isn’t supported by the data. I was really looking for a fresh perspective, the one that is evidence based. One thing, however, we can all agree upon is that processed foods in the American diet is harmful.

I find this podcast pretty informative but I’m listening to learn from the people mr asprey is interviewing. Instead, you mostly hear mr asprey talking about himself, pimping his products, and commandeering the whole podcast. If you count all his sentences in a podcast, I guarantee that he talks twice as much as the person he’s interviewing. This seems to be a common theme among the popular podcasters lately. I’m just not listening to it anymore.
