Just finished listening to the Thomas Keller interview, and it was such a tour de force of a conversation on the development of American food culture and Thomas Keller’s role and impact on it. Felt like an easy flowing conversation, and I really appreciated the balance between the professional and personal growth discussed. Honestly it’s just cool to get a personal story on refined cuisine - something I love but don’t have a sense of its history (yet!) - from one of primary contributors to the American movement. Looking forward to more episodes!!

I so enjoy this podcast as I learn something from each and every episode. And I often feel like I have had the opportunity to listen in on such an authentic and intimate conversation that leaves me feeling inspired.
