Dr. Jeremy London has completely transformed my life!! One of the first recordings/videos that made an astronomical difference was what Dr. London eats in a day (as a cardiac surgeon). It’s rare to find a health influencer, if you will, be so precise and insightful in the selection of foods in a normal day, as well as in the timing of when the foods are consumed. I’ve discovered the power of sweet potatoes and the unbelievable gift of IM8, as well as foods to avoid, implicitly. With Dr. London’s content along with my own supplemental online research and support from my PCP, my LDL cholesterol dropped 37 points in one month… granted, I changed my diet like my life depended on it and was super consistent and diligent through it. I’m still working to make the numbers even better and do my best to show my support for Dr. London who is so generously shining a bright light for the world in the realm of cardiac (and spiritual) well-being.

Have a strong history of heart disease in my family and have always been aware of trying to understand it, eat healthy and exercise. I love this podcast because it is very educational and Dr. London does a great job of delivering the info in a very clear, calm way and makes it easy to understand things I have struggled to understand before. Dr JL to me has made me understand better my heart condition. My own cardiologist is great but due to time constraints he listens and advises. I get my heart anatomy and functions, the Nos and Don’ts and Dos from Dr. London. I agree with his statements of keeping a body fit are by nutrition and exercise. Thus, his way of directing his audience to a healthy heart encourages me to push a bit more. Thank you, Dr. London!

Dr. Jeremy London has made me change many things in my life, listening to him has made me much more healthier and wiser. I don’t drink anymore because he doesn’t, I have lost 70 lbs. And feel amazing, at 58 I feel like in my 30’s again. Thank you Dr. I will and have forwarded his messages to many people. I just want to thank him so much, please keep doing what you’re doing. Hope to meet in person one day. I see a book in your future.
