Who is Don? I just listened to two interviews back-to-back (Mo’nique then Kevin), and Don is such a different person depending on who is sitting in front of him.

Don is different engaging w/guests on intellectual levels/vocabulary/demeanor/ questions; he changes who he is depending on who he is speaking with. Not in a way that is mindful of a sensitive topic, but more like he caters to the power dynamic. It seems disingenuous.

E.g. Don got railroaded during the interview with Kevin because Don was entertaining the 1% perspective, not challenging this guest by dealing in basic reality (US has spent generations working hard to convince the 99% that regulations/unions/etc are “bad” but it’s the only thing left to protect 99% from the 1% - ask Rail Workers & East Palestine Ohio residents).

We come to “know” an individual because they are consistent in who they are at the core (think Kara Swisher). Obviously variety is a good thing when it comes to how you approach interview topics/subjects…however, we need you to anchor interviews in authenticity, not pandering. We can’t develop a para-social relationship with you if you don’t give us a stable foundation to build from. Give us DON.

I really enjoy listening to Don with all the news and entertainment he brings as well as interviews. I think there is room for improvement with the volume of this podcast as there are times when volume is completed muted for several seconds or way too loud. Overall, I enjoy and look forward to each episode! Keep up the good work!

I love Don Lemon and the interactive community we’ve created. I’m a subscriber and paying member on YT but when I miss the live I always catch up on Apple Podcast. Perfect mix of entertainment, current events and politics.

Especially love that there are no commercials (although I realize that will probably change in the future) and that he just gets into the show. No long intros or setups. Very diverse group of interviewees so far. Thumbs up Don LeMon (Kara’s nickname) and glad to add this into my selection for morning walks.

Half of every episode is Don talking to and reacting to comments on TikTok. I don’t subscribe to hear random internet comments. Please leave it to a dedicated section or the end of an episode.
