I have been a regular listener for 4 years now. I never miss a day. David is always spot on in his analysis of politics, economics and everything in between. It’s uncanny how he is able to translate the complexities in which our Government functions. He is very articulate, and always tells the truth, even if it isn’t always what we want to hear. I sometimes disagree with his opinions, but that’s democracy, right? Keep it up David, we need you. Ps. Brittany Page is an awesome guest hostess! Love her!

I discovered DP in 2020. Since then, it’s been a daily listen. I enjoy his straightforward takes and sometimes he’s funny too. I don’t agree with everything he says, but it’s important to listen to other opinions and that’s not expected in a newscast for me. I recommend this podcast to anyone who is ideologically progressive and is looking for a news show that’s less sensationalized than what’s on cable television.

The big problem that it has is the audio quality. It seems like the game varies episode to episode. The commercials are very quiet, and the primary audio is also rather quiet in comparison to other programs or just music in general. When listening to the show I have to break up the volume.
And then there’s the occasional episode where there is some sort of interference in the audio. There are other programs and podcasts that have nowhere near the following of this show, and even lesser financial means Whose audio is far superior. So there’s really no excuse for this amateur hour audio. Hire a sound engineer. And if you already have a sound engineer, I would recommend firing them because they obviously have no idea what they are doing.
