For those that grew up watching him on SportsCenter, this is the same man with the love of all things sports with a personality that connects with you no matter what part of the country you’re from. The Danettes all add something different to the show.
I listen every single day they’re in studio. It’s not worth listening to when they’re out (guest hosts can’t compete with Dan and the Danettes), but it’s can’t miss when they’re in. It almost takes me back to when I was a kid listening to a ball game on the radio.. they bring that much enthusiasm.
Dan has a couple guests each day and he brings new stories to air each week so you don’t get bored of the same old thing day after day.

When Dan and the Danettes are in attendance this is easily the best sports show regardless of tv or radio. Insightful, humorous, irreverent, and endlessly entertaining. Feels like sitting at work or home and “BS”ing with the guys (or gals!). Only criticism I have is when they are on break, the replacement hosts are usually terrible. I don’t need to hear it outsourced to LA so i can listen to people yell at each other, that’s why we love Dan and not First Take. Bring back Florio, Mannix, and Ross if you guys are gonna be away! Amazing show otherwise

Dan and team are a great listen. Consistently good guests lists and relevant topics. All tine fave was the listeners’ songs leading up to the final four. I downloaded the show’s app just so I could vote for my faves. I hardly ever watch the show on tv or listen live on the radio. The podcast allows you to pick the topics and segments you want. Only downside is when Dan is not in the chair and guests hosts fill in (when Doug Gottlieb fills in I skip those shows). Otherwise give it a listen!

Simply one of the best formats in sports & occasionally pop culture radio, podcasts & live TV entertainment. Interesting interviews, differing opinions, beverage talk and over all fun listening. Dan is a master of interviewing. The DP show is like hanging with friends. Great job DP, front/back row & the behind to Camera production crew.

Been loving the podcasts and the YouTube channel. Just ONE thing - the last few weeks who’s been editing the podcast??? It’s cut up like construction paper in a pre-k class. Commercials get cut, we jump into segments already in progress and there’s numerous gaps of silence. Please fix that! Thxs
Otherwise DP is the best thing on radio. Every member of the show is great and makes it what it is. Nothing compares to the chemistry this crew has together.

The DP Show has long been my favorite but the recent change to a new platform has been shaky. Whoever is in charge of actually loading the podcast (I don't listen live) is not doing a good job. For one, the podcast loads a lot later in the day that it used to. And today they loaded it with an interview with "Kieth Olbermann." So now they're loading late and they can't spell. The actual content is great - but whoever is overseeing the podcast getting uploaded needs some help.
