I listen to this every morning with coffee before the rest of my family wakes up. Listening keeps me from staring at my phone as I watch the sunrise. This supplanted a habit of reading mind numbing news headlines and stories. Sometimes I write in my journal after or just sit in silence and contemplate the lesson. It means a lot to me and has helped me grow as a father.

Great show that I love listening to first thing after dropping kids off at school in the morning. When it has been a great morning, Daily Dad helps you appreciate it, when it was a tough morning it put things in perspective and help you relax and be grateful for what you have. All while learning always new great information. Thanks Ryan for doing this!

I love this podcast. As a parent of two young kids (8 and 7) Ryan's bite sized lessons are a great way to step back and reframe parenting so I can do the most important job in my life. Thank you!

I am 42 year old father of a 10 and 15 year old, one boy and one girl respectively. Even after being a parent for years your first child will always bring first experiences. This podcast has made reflect on the good and bad things I have done as a parent. Therefore it reminds of what not to do with my son and how to be a better parent to my teenager. It’s never too late to be a better parent while you still have life in you. Thank you Ryan for these messages!

As a dad this content is great. I also love the mini length episodes focused on one lesson. The downside with the short length is Ryan has the intro outro and ad roll all packed into the 4 minutes. That makes it essentially impossible to binge multiple episodes without listening to those over and over. You also can’t skip them because the actual content is so short. I realize Ryan’s not running a non-profit here, but it’d be nice if he considered the listener experience a bit more. To really make the super short style work, it’d be great if he could go the Naval way and just do content only, no music no intro outro or ads. Fans will still follow, check out links in description, turn into customers, or whatever the funnel is supposed to be here.

Most of the shorter episodes are giving a pop-up message that the episodes are not playable or downloadable (even with automatic downloads setting on).
