I love love love this rewatch podcast. Mandy, Sterling and Chris really dive into each episode and bring up very great and heartwarming points. I first watched the show when it first aired on TV, I was 16. I rewatched the entire show earlier this year as a woman in her almost mid 20’s with a new perspective and picked up on things from the show that I can relate to so much more now as an adult. This rewatch podcast is just what I need every week to still hold on to the show that has impacted my life the most!

I wanted to say thank you for getting me through a hard time in life. I was late to watch your show. In 2020 I found myself without a job and living in an emotionally abusive marriage that would end a few years later. I had all but closed off anything that required me to feel. Your show gave me a safe place to feel emotion. I related to Kate’s troubles with weight and loss of identity so much. I loved all of the characters like friends and couldn’t wait until the next chance I had to connect with them. Thank you again for the kindness you put into the world. I still think of Jack every time I plug my crockpot in!

Just like the show, this podcast warms your heart and makes you feel like you’ve found home. ❤️ I love hearing about the show through the actors eyes and looking back to those memorable moments that made us laugh, cry and even look at things from a different perspective. That’s what’s so great about this show!!! It is so raw and beautiful and relatable… and it takes you on this journey of life and love and navigating through the messy/tough stuff you learn about the why… and it all makes sense. We are all just doing the best we can and if we are lucky enough we learn and grow a little along the way. Life = LOVE 💕 and This IS Us.

I watched all six seasons of This is Us when it was on TV with my teenage daughter and we loved t. When I saw that there was a rewatch podcast I decided to give it a try. I started watching the show again and I am amazed at how good it is from the first episode! I love to hear the cast share their feelings and find that it’s even more relevant to me now that my kids are adults and different people than they were when I first watched it. It’s a great podcast and so happy I found it.
