I just found this podcast on a whim and have only listened to 1 or 2 of the episodes and already love it! Brynley is very relatable, fun to listen to, and has great advice. She seems to have her podcasts very planned out, to which she isn’t just rambling on and on but isn’t just reading from a manuscript in a boring tone either. Love that she talks all about staying healthy and being a better person while building on a Christian base. Highly recommend listening and thanks for a great pod!

Every time I listen to Brynley on here, I leave feeling refreshed and inspired to live in a way that is intentional and healthy and joyful. Highly recommend taking this podcast in your daily walks!

Brynley is my fav. She is so passionate about everything she talks about which makes her episodes so meaningful and fun! I love how I can relate to and get something out of every one of her topics. I enjoy learning new things from her and hearing about her experiences every week! :)

I’ve loved listening to these podcasts!! I’ll listen while I’m on a walk, doing laundry, any little tasks and it makes time fly by! Both just her and when she has guests - though my favorites are the ones where she’s just telling us her take on a subject or sharing things that she’s gone through - so, so good!! 🤗
