It used to take me up to 3 hours to fall asleep, but now I’m usually asleep before you complete the meditation section!
There are very few podcasts I can listen to for sleep since I have misophonia. My main triggers are the common mouth sounds and sibilance. Sibilance is a hard one to avoid. So many podcasters have a strong hiss, especially when talking softly or whispering. But not you! THANK YOU!
I seriously can’t thank you enough for your soothing voice, content, audio quality, and editing.

I have been listening to sleep magic for over a year now. It calms my racing mind and does its “magic” and before I know it I am asleep. I have tried other sleep hypnosis podcasts but none compare to sleep magic. I even channel Jessica when I am in stressful situations like at the dentist! I close my eyes and walk myself through the relaxation steps (and I hear Jessica’s voice) and it keeps me very calm! My favorite recordings are the bedtime stories. I listen to all of these on repeat! Please more stories Jessica. Thank you for all that you do!

I have a been struggling with a Parkinson’s disease related sleep disorder for years where I tend to wake up in the middle of the night and then struggle to get back to sleep.
After stumbling across your Sleep Magic podcast it has been tremendously helpful. I listen to it when I first lay down and am asleep in a matter of minutes. Each night when I typically awake after only a few hours I restart the Sleep Magic podcast and typically fall back to sleep to your soothing voice for several more hours instead of tossing and turning in bed for hours struggling to try and get back to sleep.
Thanks Jessica, you’re a godsend!

I have tried many different sleep podcasts, and this is the only one that instantly puts me to sleep. I’m in high school, and this podcast has helped me sleep, especially during Finals season. Could you do an episode on a bed and breakfast? Or an airport (when you get there early and just relax)? Or the calming repetition of mindlessly painting? Also, would it be possible to do an episode to listen to when sick? Thank you so much!
