I’m so thankful God led me to this podcast at a time I needed it most. My daughter has suffered with a terrible chronic disease for the last 14 years. The challenges feel insurmountable sometimes and I was begging Him to help out of the fog of negativity, sadness and grief I’ve been feeling. I can feel a shift in my mind/soul since making this part of my morning rhythm. I was having a hard time finding motivation to pray with gratitude when I didn’t “feel” like it. But truly when we pray with thanksgiving even in the face of major trials, something happens that is truly miraculous. I now crave this time and am so thankful Liz has taken the time to build these podcasts out in a way that feels accessible but also truly produces positive change in our hearts/minds as we actively bring all our cares and worries to Jesus in prayer with thanksgiving. It can feel so daunting sometimes but Liz breaks it down in very manageable steps. I’m so thankful for the way God has worked through her and this podcast to help restore my faith, my hope and my mind through the Word and Nuero plasticity methods (just as God designed our brains to heal). Thank you Liz for the work you do and the gift this podcast has been. I still have a ways to go in completely rewiring positive pathways, but I’m thankful for trajectory this podcast has put me on to do just that. Highly recommend.
