I’ve been following Eamon and Bec for years on YouTube, but this podcast is totally different … in the best way possible. I start the podcast thinking that the topic doesn’t really relate to me and I leave the podcast feeling that it was exactly what I needed to hear in that moment. They are so inspirational and their guests are very relatable. Eamon and Bec are great at bringing a guest onto the show, listening to their beautiful story, and then getting to all the deep feelings that we are all so good at burying. I won’t miss an episode. Cheers to this next phase of life. I’m here for it!

I’ve heard every episode but your conversation with Trent and Allie was amazing. I love watching your pods on you tube - somehow it lessens the loss of your vlog. Bec, I just tried the cauliflower request with my dad and it worked! You’ve inspired me to reignite my spirituality. Eamon, I’m 61 but my first tattoo will say “Love More” Thank you for creating content that’s real and inspiring!

I used to love ReRoot when it was casual (2018), but these episodes are getting worse with the disinformation and toxic environment between Bec and all the other guests (Eamon included). These podcasts are so long, 2 hours is crazy, I initially expected to see a podcast that was 30 minutes to 1 hour. The amount of times I’ve seen Bec dominate the conversation and doesn’t let other people speak isn’t good and she shuts them down. Eamon clearly isn’t enjoying the podcasts and is just there because Bec wants him to be. They aren’t listening to their commenters/reviewers for the past month and desperately need to spend an episode addressing them. Also, some of their guests are very controversial too. What got me though to unsubscribe is that their stance on using spiritual wellness which they have shoved onto their guests. As a scientist, I can’t support that stance, I was okay with promoting mental health resources, but they are now promoting a cult lifestyle which isn’t healthy. My suggestion, get rid of the podcast and focus on something else like DIY or cooking videos if you can’t do vlogging anymore.
