Love this podcast feed and Katey! She brings a great pov blending historical context and great guests to the mix.

Was so glad to find Katey’s new awards podcast. Whew! Missed one of my favorite critics and interviewers -concise,
informative and insightful —and am thrilled to have her back in my ear!

Love Katey, have been listening to her for years. I was really bummed when she left Little Gold Men, but immediately got on board with this new podcast. She is great, as expected, but I am pleading that she gets better guests. It was particularly painful to listen to her navigate Jordan Hoffman this week. It is such an important episode, reacting to Emmy noms, and he was so out of touch and failing at being funny. Kudos to Katey for being so professional and handling this as best as she could.

A hilarious — and knowing — Katey Rich comment…that was spontaneous, in the flow of the conversation, and “off the dome.” As the Cool Kids Say on TikTok — she’s “a real one.” Now that we’ve moved from the Pauline Kael/Vincent Canby era of film criticism as literature (where IMO John Powers of L.A. Weekly & then Vogue reigned supreme) — to the podcast & YouTuber era of American movies — Katey is built for this, and is an American Treasure. She & Sean Fennessey are the new Lord & Lady of film news & critiques. Five stars, and set to “auto-download” 👏🎥👍
