The hosts are smart and do their homework. They are refreshingly frank in their opinions without seeking outrage for its own sake. I like that they speak plainly about their positions in the economic food chain. I skip the nepo episodes (thankfully infrequent) and could do without the relentless name-dropping (enough Mark Cuban already), but maybe that’s part of what makes them refreshing. In the end I look forward to each episode.

I look forward to new episodes every week. Superbly smart, thoughtful and analytical while being inclusive and emphatic toward diff viewpoints. Even their bickering over little things are endearing.

I look forward to each episode to get Scott and Kara’s thoughtful and hilarious perspectives of current events. Their minds work in strange and mysterious ways and get me to see things differently or to validate my quirky thoughts. Keep it up, you two are brilliant!

I’m a regular subscriber and will listen to all things Kara - if you publish or podcast it I will listen. I always learn something and in the case of todays podcast with your son Louis and brother Dr Swisher I found myself positively lifted. While I seek to always see the glass half full (as long as I too know who owns the glass) I found myself more hopeful and in these days we need all the hope we can hold on to. Louis’s brilliant mind, deep reservoir of knowledge, and his curiosity and journey to be interested in things that are not presently interesting to him will serve not only him well but also will positively affect a world waiting for more serious problem solvers and troubleshooters. I spent 11 years as the Special Assistant to the Librarian of Congress and 5 years as a former congressional staffer…my kids too have only a faint understanding of “ye olde card catalog”. The fact that Louis knows and understands the most impactful governments in relation to our lives is local and state government absolutely blew me away. So….sending positive energy and a consensual & virtual free mom hug to your beautiful boy Louis as he changes the world . Brava Kara Swisher - job well done.

I listened to this podcast for a while until the writers strike ended and I found their virulent anti-labor and lack of understanding of the business to be really irresponsible which would have been forgivable if it weren’t for the gaslighting they proceeded to engage in afterwards. They lied and said they “called” the results of the strike correctly. They didn’t. And then they proceeded to say that the WGA refused to come on their show when it was the opposite. These two are dishonest and place their ego above all else. Don’t waste your time. Listen to Hard Fork instead of you want tech news. These two are entirely about themselves.

I was a big fan of this podcast but it has degraded so much. The biggest story in tech - the ousting of Sam Altman. The interview with Nadella -The CEO of Microsoft was like being at the most hellosh Google all-hands meeting. It was pure spin and practically a thirty minute commercial with zero journalistic pushback. You let him dodge every question and ramble forever when he is now in control of the next potential nuclear arsenal or next potential cure for cancer. Be better guys.
