Stumbled upon the first episode release back In college over 10 yrs ago just trying to find a podcast to help my work days go by. The rest is history. They tap into the everyman millennial sports culture and dumb questions we all have deep down and approach it with such joy. Too many big whig journos and fans take themselves so seriously and it’s boring. These guys are forever adolescents and I have to skip some super explicit guests and topics they cover but almost always a fun listen. Passed out laughing when PFT did his first “Mahommes voice”. Looking forward to the book boys!
I just want to say thank you. I started listening to every episode in 2016 when I was a junior in college. Ive listens to every episode since and PMT has been there in good times and bad. Now I’m a dad and listening to the podcast at 5 am while bottle feeding and it is the only thing keeping me sane. We ended up naming our daughter Stella because I made my wife listen to the pod during a car ride and she like how Stella blue sounded. I know the podcast is fun for you guys to do, but it really has a way bigger effect than any of you know on us awls. So thank you boys, and hanky, smile a little.
This podcast will make you laugh until you cry and never ever gets old. I have been listening to this podcast for the last year and it continues to get better and better. I am a female who is now 26 and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Female AWL for years. I love the sports content, especially during football season, but something has felt a little off lately. I feel like the interviews used to be way better- more focused on sports knowledge with a couple jokes thrown in but now the questions asked seem more immature even with quality guests. I skip over the fastest two minutes and some of the Mt. Rushmore topics were so bland. Getting rid of the intro music hurt- not sure why that decision was even made. I have faith the pod will be great again, but hoping for a refresh soon.
Stop all the references inferring women who like Taylor Swift are stupid. It’s outdated, sexist, and inaccurate. Women know touchdowns are important. They are well aware Travis is a fantastic TE. They not only have fantasy teams, they frequently beat us.
Once Jake and Billy came onto the scene and Big Cat and PFT elevated them to be a main part of the show, I started tuning out. They aren’t funny and they kill the jokes and disrupt the chemistry between Big Cat and PFT. Plus, you can click on any episode and go to any random time stamp and you’ll probably hear at least two people speaking at the same time.
