Content is great, Rod & Gerry are plenty to keep people coming back. The advertisements, however, are a lot. Would prefer them all be concentrated at the beginning, middle, or end and not sprinkled in sporadically. Otherwise really enjoy y'all's work

I’m a huge Inside Texas fan. It’s the best site in the business. And this pod complements its work perfectly. Great insight, great analysts, outstanding listen. Can’t recommend it enough.

This podcast has great information about recruiting and Longhorn football coverage. Lunch with the coach is fantastic. Sometimes Ian is not loud enough when he is participating. Bobby, when talking about student athletes from Lancaster…it is “Lank-ester” not “Lan-caster.”

On Texas Football has become the #1 source for all things Longhorn. Bobby, Gerry, CJ, Rod, Blake, etc are collectively the best collection of reporters, recruiting experts, and commentators on UT football. In addition, their coverage of basketball, baseball, volleyball, etc. is the best on the internet.

The content is overall good. I especially enjoy Gerry, Rod B, and CJ Vogel. But good lord the ads. A 23 min episode recently was close to 50% if not more ads, and it’s the type of ads that will pop up randomly, even mid sentence. Then of course the hosts do their own commercials for the podcast sponsors. At some point, enough is enough.

This used to be the best place for enjoyable insider conversation but the amount of ads and the horrific/random placement has ruined it. I get wanting to monetize the pod, but at least put a little effort into it. Ads will jump in mid-word, not to mention mid-thought. I’ll be skipping this Inside Texas sorts this issue out.
