Her voice, the life she brings to the words, the heart within the stories, all comes together with exceptional production and perfect musical cues to make this podcast a true pleasure. Celebrities having podcasts is nothing new, but this one is something special and most definitely worth a listen!

I love love love this podcast. I come from a completely different cultural background. I’m from the former USSR. We were told not to talk to anyone about our personal lives outside the family. But our families were small and far apart. So I literally talked to no one about anything for a very long time. Hearing all these stories, warts and all, is bringing a lot of things back. Makes me feel part of humanity again.

My favorite podcast! I could listen to these stories all day. Lupita is an excellent narrator. The stories that are chosen are very interesting. Not one dud. I loved that they included the original language and then added voice over. It helped it sound so authentic! Which of course it is. I’m hoping for a second season.
