I found the Mind Pump guys about two years ago and I’ve never looked back. As a fitness fanatic and certified personal trainer, their advice from the podcast along with their programs and course have taught me more than my certification courses did. But not only that, they’re so entertaining and hilarious. I genuinely enjoy listening to them, the knowledge they provide is the cherry on top. I also love that they don’t preach extremes, they truly can help everyone and I promise their advice can change your life and make you the healthiest and strongest you can be.

Started listening to Mind Pump back in April 2022 after my workout buddy (s/o Chano) mentioned it about a million times (seriously, I think he brought it up more than total reps in our leg day workout). Finally caved, and wow—hooked from the jump! Knocked out the RGB bundle, and since then, I’ve crushed six programs. Safe to say, I’ve got the Mind Pump bug.
In the last two years, I’ve probably clocked more hours listening to Sal, Adam, and Justin than doing anything else (sorry, Netflix). I’ve learned more about fitness, life balance, and nutrition than I did in my first 33 years of life. From figuring out how to listen to my body, to understanding overtraining (thanks, stress), to breaking up with my bad food habits—these guys have completely changed my mindset, forever.
I recommend Mind Pump to literally anyone who’ll listen. If you’re after life-changing advice, fitness tips, or just a ridiculously funny podcast to keep you company, this is the one.
