Based on my personal experience, I would advise prospective clients to avoid paying for multiple months of service in advance. I paid $16,000 for a four-month engagement and, in hindsight, would recommend a month-to-month approach with clear deliverables and timelines outlined in writing. Always protect yourself with detailed documentation before entering into any agreement. My personal experience did not match what was advertised or promised - and I also already have an established business with active sales.
