Making the Argument with Nick Freitas - Podcast Rankings and reviews

I stumbled across a YouTube short and wanted to hear more. Found the podcast and have been listening ever since. Yes, the show has a strong basis in Christian faith which aligns with my own beliefs. That being said it is still one of the most level headed and fair political podcasts I have listened to so far. Nick and crew try to steel man arguments instead of straw manning them which is a refreshing take in a country that seems more and more insistent on dividing us apart. I have learned more listening to this podcast than I learned in all my years of history classes in school.

So refreshing! Thorough, good-faith debating and fair acknowledgement of complex considerations, still broken down to bedrock principles. This is a show that promotes understanding instead of one that inflames. Plus, Nick is the only one I know who uses the word “problematic” well 😆.

The episode with Victor Marx had to be the most powerful episode of thousands of podcasts I’ve listened to. Love your heart and humility Nick. God is using you!

I recently came across this podcast having looked to see if Nick did anything other than brilliant, wise-guy shorts. 😄 I’ve been catching up listening to back episodes and have been challenged and charged. It’s so refreshing to hear a podcast that discusses and debates from an angle of Truth and Godliness. Thank you for all of your work, Nick, not just on this podcast but across many avenues of influence. …from a fellow (gag) politician trying to make changes for right.
