This is a well-researched program that allows an audience outside of the medical or policy establishment to understand why we have so many problems in this country with delivering care and helping to stabilize and protect people with psychotic disorders. There are deeply empathetic stories from various families as well as matter-of-fact interviews with people within the medical, legal and law enforcement systems that demonstrate how conflicts can happen even between well-intentioned people. Definitely listen!
