Lights Camera Barstool - Podcast Rankings and reviews

Love this podcast! I listen every week, even if I haven’t seen the movies that are being reviewed. It is also the best movie podcast around. Definitely would recommend if you love movies and want some good reactions/reviews of the best/worst movies then this is the pod for you. They always give honest reviews and don’t get political which is always a refresher.

This use to be my favorite movie podcast out there but they have changed since then. I understand Trill leaving and the reasons why but some of the shows they added to this just don’t work. Don’t get me wrong I do enjoy The Bracket episodes but I wish it was part of a separate podcast because it doesn’t really belong with movie talk. As for the weekly movie review episodes they are still great and provide great feedback when it comes to films. Next is the Double Take episode which took a bit to grow on me but overall it’s a fine episode that works with sports film fans more than your typical film lovers. Finally the weekly draft episodes are fun but I wish they would have brought back the one where they review older films and rewatch them. My last take is that they need to get their website back up in running because I absolutely loved it and think it’s a shame they just gave up on it.

Quickly has become one of my favorite podcasts. Even if you aren’t a big movie goer, it’s still worth listening to just for these three guys amazing chemistry.

I love this show, it’s a must listen for me. Been a listener since they joined barstool, but have heard every episode. Can’t thank the guys enough for the content they produce on a regular basis, it can be tough for people right now and with mental health so thank you boys #BTMB

Going to miss the classic long form version of this podcast. Jeff, KenJac, Trill, and even Gooch are a great group of friends together, just sharing opinions and good conversation. Always looked forward to the weekly episodes with these guys. Thank you for the past 6 years worth of episodes.

Going from Trill Ballins to Chris whatever his name is, has to be one of the biggest downgrades in podcast history. Chris doesn’t add anything to the show and his opinions kind of seem random. Almost as if he’s just saying stuff so he can. A random addition to the podcast that really points out how much this show misses Trill.
