I am not one to exaggerate or gush over anything. I cannot overstate how valuable these podcasts and Jillian’s insight are. I have learned so much about myself and my behavior and feel more empowered and at peace as a result. At the end of each episode she says you never know whose life you could be changing by sharing this episode and by sharing these episodes with me my friend changed my life. I don’t think I’d have understood myself enough to leave a toxic relationship without what I learned from Jillian. This podcast is incredibly valuable to me. The fact that I feel like Jillian is talking specifically about me shows how prevalent these patterns must be and how widely applicable her content is. Highly recommend to all.

Jillian speaks to and explains my relationship experiences more clearly and specifically than any dating podcast I’ve found. She’s given me answers, understanding, and so much relief. And her voice is very grounding and soothing.
