I have been a part of the chain gang since the very first episode dropped and not ONE time have I walked away from an episode unfulfilled! Meg and B are the most inspirational black women across ANY and ALL platforms. If you’re a black woman and NEVER listened to this podcast then you’re doing yourself a disservice. I am only 23 and I have learned so much from these women. They have literally changed my life in so many ways and so many quotes and words I carry with me daily. I’m a crybaby so they always get me there lol. This podcast is funny, moving, motivational, relatable, and POWERFUL. Don’t miss out on the gems and blessings this podcast has to offer. This was a “just in time” podcast discovery for where I am in life. I appreciate Megan’s vulnerability and honesty because it’s truly helped me push forward in so many ways. She and her guests don’t focus on the negative that happens in life but the lessons from a lens that anyone, regardless of their faith walk can understand. I believe Megan is walking in her gift even through her own pain and she’s encouraged me to do the same by reaffirming my faith in God. I love this podcast and am grateful for Megan’s willingness to share so much with us.

I absolutely adore this Podcast and all the work that goes into it. I feel inspired and have a renewed perspective on life after listening.

True story of how Megan’s words inspired me:

The first time I listened to In Totality, I remember distinctly hearing Megan talk about asking God to give her a heart that knows and loves him. I had this moment where I just broke down because that is what I needed to head and had actually never prayed before.

My marriage was in such a hard season and I felt like I had exhausted all efforts to get my points across. That night, I laid in bed and I just prayed the same prayer. I asked God to give me a heart that knew him and his word, a heart that loved him and was open to receiving his instruction.

Fast forward to about two weeks later. We were going through a series on Colossians and our pastor started breaking down Colossians 3:18-4:1.

In that moment, I sat with those words and what our pastor was sharing. That we should surrender to the word, put our spouse first, make them a priority as it is what God would want.

I decided in that moment, I would be more faithful to that word and work hard on my marriage to be there and show up for my spouse. My hope was that he would then return the same love and kindness I was extending to him.

It has taken some time but by faithfully putting into practice Gods word on how we should show up for our spouses, my husband and I are moving in a direction where we are more equally yoked and outwardly practicing what God wants for us.

It all started with the little seed you planted, Megan.

This podcast has truly been life-changing, helping me to live the life God has so lovingly and patiently waited for me to embrace. I am becoming a better husband, dad, friend, worker, and most importantly, a better Christian because of Megan’s obedience in letting God use her. The podcast consistently leads me back to His Word in submission. Sister Megan, please continue to let God use you. Your heart posture to give your life entirely to the Lord has motivated me to do the same. Thank you, thank you, thank you. To God be the glory!

When this podcast first came out I was IN LOVE, but lately y’all have not been keeping my attention. I always tune in to every episode because it’s apart of my routine & i love podcasts .. but it’s beginning to just be background noise for me . Consider more guests or explore more intriguing topics .

I was sooo looking forward to this interview, I loveee Brittany’s point of view, but I really wish they would have let her TALK w/o interruptions. She always has an amazing point of view and so witty.
