Please, can we stop referring to Mifepristone as an abortion pill? I hear this from all media outlets. Mifepristone is a medication that has been used by emergency rooms for years, usually in conjunction with Misoprostol, to help women complete a miscarriage. We need to accurately refer to these medications to frame the argument properly. These are medications that help prevent sepsis and maternal death. If you’re going to discuss a medical topic, please invite a medical professional onto the podcast.
