I am so incredibly thankful to Kiley, Jen, and Pumps for having the courage to speak openly about the through line between Trump and evangelical Christianity. Listening to your conversations has made me think about this in a way I honestly hadn’t before. The more I listen to your perspectives and then add my own observations, the more I understand why some people can continue supporting Trump even when his policies seem to go against their own interests or, in some cases, their own survival. For me, I don’t think the explanation is simply that people were suddenly given permission to be racist, homophobic, or hateful. I think there is something deeper happening for some evangelical Christians. Trump is the God like figure, “punishing” those who “do not follow Christ”. That’s why they are okay with concentration camps. He is punishing “the sinners”.

I’ve Had It is exactly what its title promises: a sharp, funny, righteously angry antidote to the exhausting political moment we’re living through. Jennifer and Angie have incredible chemistry — quick, warm, and completely unafraid to call things what they are. No both-sidesing, no hand-wringing, just clear-eyed commentary delivered with wit and heart. What sets this show apart is the fearlessness. The divas don’t flinch from naming authoritarianism when they see it, and they treat the cult-like devotion around MAGA with the mix of alarm and dark comedy it deserves. It’s cathartic in a way most political shows aren’t: less “here’s both sides” and more “here’s what’s actually happening, and here’s why it matters.” The production quality is excellent too, thanks to Kylie and Ryan. Tight editing, great pacing, no dead air. You can tell the whole team cares deeply about getting it right, not just being loud. If you’re tired of pretending both sides are equally reasonable, this podcast is your people. -From a devoted “Gaytriot”!

Quite literally the funniest podcast I’ve listened to in a while. Between Jennifer’s quick wit and Pump’s southern charm, this has got to be hands-down one of the best podcasts currently out there. Absolutely love the chemistry between you two. Every one of y’all’s takes is SPOT ON! I have found myself chuckling out loud whenever and wherever I have your show on. Keep up the good work and thank you for the countless hours of entertainment, especially in a time when our country needs a good laugh. <3
