I have absolutely loved learning more about my own human design as well as the people in my life. It has been extremely validating to understand more about how I function. I used to feel so guilty for not initiating certain conversations or actions, but after learning more about my strategy approach I have really gained a new level of love and acceptance toward myself.
I love sharing all things HD with anyone who open to hearing :)))

Jenna is a wise soul. I love hearing her thoughts on trusting your authority and integrating Human Design and spirituality into every day life. I truly believe she’s better alone than with various guests. On the most recent episode, David Ghiyam says do the things you don’t want to do, and I think trusting your own inner guidance and the guidance of the divine is vital, so doing things you know aren’t right for you is counterintuitive. I’ve often heard Jenna say she knows when a lunch or appointment isn’t correct for her, and she trusts her own authority more than what someone else says. David says the opposite and my spleenic authority knows that isn’t correct for me. I think as women we’ve been told time and again what we “should” do by men, and that’s a hard no for me.
More Jenna, less guests please!
