What listeners say

A curated, balanced selection of Apple Podcasts reviews.

I’m a long term listener of Her Money and this is the first review I’ve done. Everyone in the workforce will eventually need the information shared by Peter Rahab. It’s the best explanation and guidance I’ve heard on navigating job transition. Thank you, Peter for sharing your expertise and keep helping us on our money journey, Jean!

Henrietta Elder · Apr 2025

I learn so much when she is a guest. Her calm, straight forward, intelligent and informed perspective is so positive and refreshing for challenging economic times. I look forward to her new podcast and love listening to women in finance. Thanks for having her on!

I’ve been a fan of Jean for decades! I love how she focuses on issues important to women and how she translates complex financial topics into understandable language. It’s a great podcast!

dicebauer · Jan 2025

Plain and simple explanations given for very complex matters. I appreciate the expertise of Jean and her knowledgeable expert guests.

watr1870 · Jan 2025

i've been listening to Jean Chatzky for years, but lately I've been skipping her podcast. It used to be that Jean would have a guest, and then usually the last 15 minutes or so at the podcast would be listener questions. One of Jean's staff, and for a time Jean's daughter, would read the listener questions, and Jean would respond. The questions would be relatable and would typically be something I could connect to. It seems like for the last four or five months the format has changed. Jean will have a guest, and that guest will be for the entire podcast. Jean will also have episodes of the podcast where she will meet with one of those guests, and they will tackle questions, sometimes from emails sometimes live.. it will usually be the guest providing the feedback and I don't find that anywhere near as interesting as the previous format. I wish Jean would revert back to her original podcast format. If she did, I would probably increase the stars. The fact that I don't give it just one star is because I did so before she changed the format.

Beulah3701 · May 2025

I mostly listened to this podcast for the mailbag segment. Sometimes, I would even skip the guest and go straight to the mailbag. Now that it’s not a regular feature anymore, I’ve lost interest. I really hope that they bring it back.
