Heidi I have been a huge fan for years. I was so excited when you announced a podcast because I seriously love everything you do. While this podcast is not what I expected it was so inspirational to me. I have had some hard trials in my life and what you had to say really hit me in an unexpected way. I can’t wait to hear more!

Thank you for sharing your vulnerability. This episode spoke directly to me. Fear has been holding me back. I’m crying as I type this. Thank you for the impact you have had on my life.

The host has interesting people on her show with expertise but she’s constantly interrupting them to interject her own experiences, to the point where you don’t get the information from the expert. The host also says, “I looooove that” too often for my liking and it seems to be miss-attuned to the content/energy of what the person is actually saying in the moment. My tips to the host, If you’re going to interview people, actually let them speak!

This podcast is weird. She has the same epiphanies each episode but never seems to take them to heart. I don’t like the constant mentions of Dave and his death for listens/views, it seems really exploitative. She has been clear that they weren’t even dating at the time of his death, why the constant need to mention him? It’s a huge turnoff for me.
