Every story pulls you in and make sure invested in the stories of every day people. The host, Jonathan Goldstein, and the producer, Kalila do an absolutely brilliant job of digging into stories and asking the questions we would all want to know. It’s almost like if you heard a really great story at a dinner party, but you got to talk to all of the characters involved to get their perspective. Through everyone’s version, you find the common truth. I love this podcast.

From his amazing humor to his sensitivity to his investigative skills, Heavyweight is hosted by one of the best. Great stories. I love you man. Addition: please don’t ever go on hiatus again. I’m always stunned by how gently moving your podcasts are and how wonderful your humor is. And the theme music is the best—the only that I don’t just skip. Yes, I am a superfan of Heavyweight.

Have had Heavyweight on auto play for the last few days. I’ve re-listened to this entire series multiple times and never tire of it. It’s nice to leave on at bedtime since I’m familiar with the stories, I can enjoy them without having to follow every word. I’m glad to see my podcast refresh and see this up on the list! Hope you find a new home soon. I really look forward to new stories from the team. Jonathan is among the best storytellers in the radio/podcast world.

I love this show so much! Jonathan Goldstein is an immensely talented storyteller. His shows demonstrate how deeply he cares about the individuals in his stories. I sometimes weep because I am so touched and then laugh because his humor is so clever. I can’t imagine why there’s such a challenge finding a home for this beautiful podcast.
