I don’t even know where to begin. Listening to Dr. Becky makes you feel like you’re speaking with your BFF, yet your BFF happens to be the smartest and most helpful person ever. My cousin shared Dr. Becky’s Instagram with me last year and I’ve watched every reel, read every post, joined nearly every workshop and eagerly await Tuesday mornings when a new podcast episode drops. I literally listen to her while blow dying my hair with Airpods in and getting ready for work. Somehow the topics are always insanely timely and relevant with what’s going on in our household. I love the format of three callers with a similar problem area - Dr. Becky’s advice is simple/concise yet deep and truly resonates. Her tips are practical, actionable and easy to remember in the moment they’re needed. Not only has she helped me get through the hardest months of pandemic parenting, but her reparenting and anxiety workshops alone were more valuable than years of 1:1 therapy. Dr. Becky is real, honest, brilliant, funny, relatable, and such a wealth of wisdom. If you’re a parent who is struggling with how hard it can feel at times, this podcast is the single best resource you’ll find. Download and enjoy!! I have never reviewed a podcast before, but this one, and Dr. Becky’s advice in general, has been a game changer for our family. With a highly spirited/deeply feeling 8 year old and an almost 3 year old developing her independence, our family has been STRUGGLING this past year. Dr. Becky’s framework of “good kids having a hard time” and her suggestions and ideas have not only reduced the stress and friction in our household, but have also helped me to not stress out as much about my daughter’s problematic behaviors. This allows me to deal with the actual behavior and situation at hand, vs imagining the worst-case scenario and being so worried and anxious about it all the time. Her ideas have absolutely worked to de-escalate the most problematic behaviors and reframe the ones we continue to work on. Her concise format answering actual scenario questions is good that I even got my husband to listen! Thank you Dr. Becky!

I have been a long time Dr. Becky fan and her methodologies and strategies have completely evolved my parenting plan to a new way that I can see working better than anything else, and leaves me confident that I am working so hard to raise a good human not just an obedient kid. The podcasts are free deep dives around topics, and it’s such good information. Highly recommend!

Can’t recommend this podcast enough. Not only does Dr. Becky address some of the trickiest pieces of parenting with concrete strategies (including scripts!) that are evidence-based, but for anyone doing the hard work of reparenting themselves, there are so many gems to support you in your own journey.

I used to love this podcast however this podcast has changed. It has become an ad for her membership and honestly feels manipulative. The episode will identify the issue you are struggling with or are looking for guidance on but instead of actually having a discussion or giving any advice, it always end with a “join my membership for more on this” type mantra. It’s such a shame because I loved this podcast and her book.

NEW REVIEW - The newer podcasts with interviews aren’t as impactful as the old ones. It’s really disappointing that so much helpful content was removed. I hope something changes and the older content is brought back on. It’s such a powerful tool to turn people onto Dr Becky that is not being utilized. It’s also much easier to access podcasts on this platform rather then having to log on to the member site.

OLD REVIEW - Dr Becky blows my mind with her thoughtful and impactful ideas. Because of her, I’m showing up in more powerful ways for my children. So thankful for this podcast!!
