If it wasn't for this thoughtful, smart, hilarious podcast I would still be in an unfulfilling and toxic relationship. Rayna and Ashley, with the help of their guests (which include therapists, psychologists, experts and comedians), have required my brain and have been a huge impact on my growth in my 20s. I realized over time their content was hitting a little toooo hard and I needed to take back my life. I've been a listener since the beginning and this has always been is my number 1 fav podcast. The chemistry between Ashley and Rayna is amazing. You feel like you are just listening to your best friends chatting but with so much wisdom and information woven in. Originally found this show from tiktok and have been a listener ever since. ❤️

Y’all will listen and give praise when Ashley and Rayna spill their guts about life’s most intimate moments - but their political views are where you draw the line? Grow up. Sharing your political views with the masses is equally, if not more, vulnerable than talking about sex, especially in today’s devise, quick-to-cancel climate. (liberals aren’t the only guilty party ;)
And given that the new administration’s political agenda LITERALLY has women’s rights regarding sex/choice on the chopping block, there really is no argument that their beliefs aren’t relevant to the shows genre. IT’S A SEX AND DATING PODCAST FOR WOMEN.
Not much has changed topic-wise since the show started. If you’re arguing otherwise, maybe you’re the one who needs to take a good look inward and see what’s different.
Ashley and Rayna, keep doing what you’re doing. Huge fan of the weekly show and your guests/topics - plus love the addition of the Snack. Can’t wait to see ya in-person soon!

I have been a listener for a while, even purchased Vibes Only products and attended their show but will no longer support them.
An episode aired in July where Ashley said that anyone who does not vote for Kalama Harris has no sense of reality, morality, or hope to preserve democracy. Since then she and Rayna have disrespected their Republican and Independent listeners who came to Girls Gotta Eat for support, a break from life, and in need of some POSITIVITY. I was extremely hurt by her words when they’ve preached inclusivity, kindness, and love for everyone…but apparently not.
After the most recent episode of The Snack, Rayna said she was sickened by the people who voted for Donald Trump and she and Ashley mocked those who did. Their words were distasteful and rude and the complete opposite of what they say they stand for. I’m sure I’m not the only listener parting ways.
I’m disappointed in Ashley and Rayna and hope they can do better in the future to be kind to all voters and their listeners/supporters.

Disappointing to see a podcast that claims to empower women instead choose division and contempt for those with different perspectives. Rayna’s comments, like 'I'm genuinely sickened by a lot of you,' reveal a troubling lack of respect for listeners who may see things differently. And her overblown statement about 'mourning' feels both unnecessarily dramatic and out of touch. Real women face life-threatening challenges every day—consider those in Afghanistan, for example, who are fighting for even a fraction of the freedoms we take for granted here. Instead of using this platform to unite or uplift, you’re choosing to spread negativity and judgment, driving wedges between women based on political views.
I wouldn’t be surprised if you dismiss this review or make fun of it, just like you did with the 'stupid live shows' girl. But I won’t be hearing it, because I’m done listening to this biased, alienating podcast. Let’s aim to be Team USA no matter what, and more respectful to the women that gave you this platform that you take for granted.
