Been listening to the podcast since spring ‘21 Dubón interview. Cole and Alex are an excellent mix of reporter/fan viewpoints. Realistic assessments of day to day and not some of the hyper-critical vitriolic nonsense of some other Giants-centric media/twitter.
Other sources quote Alex, so you might as well hear it from him on the podcast.

While enjoying the Official Giants Podcast lunch of chicken tenders and garlic fries at the ballpark today, I silently gave thanks to Alex for his work in making the side of Ranch dressing available. It was then that I realized I was overdue in leaving my five star review of the podcast. So here it is.
This is my favorite podcast. I enjoy the Giants news, interviews, and discussions. I was a charter subscriber to the original podcast, and was sad when it went away for awhile. But, the current version with both Alex and Cole is even better. Both hosts do a great job with their different and entertaining views on the Giants. I look forward to the new episodes, and I thank you both for providing such great entertainment and information for Giants fans.

As an avid Giants fan I’m always looking for more news and stories about the players and standings. This podcast provides all of that plus comedy!! Cole and Alex are the best duo, with Alex bringing the facts and Cole bringing the hopeful fan feeling we can all relate to. Would 100% recommend to any Giants fan!!

As a long distance fan it’s so helpful to have a podcast like this to keep me up on Giants news and the stories behind the news. Everyone on the show has the connections needed for quality info.
And while the 2024 Giants are struggling to stay above .500, the podcast has moved way up in the standings as far as sound quality. Shout out to the crew for listening to fan encouragement to attain the quality sound you expect from a sponsored, professional podcast.

I really want to love this podcast but I just don't. Your mileage may vary. Cole Kuiper is just not a great podcast host and his slacker goofball vibe wears thin. The only real upside for me is when his dad shows up because Duane actually has credibility and is genuinely funny.
Pavlovich is a veteran of Giants coverage and knowledgeable but he just seems kind of dour and cynical for somebody who covers baseball for a living. Even when he tries to be funny it just kind of comes off as disingenuous and condescending.
The discussion of the Giants is OK and that's what you come for, but the personality mix just doesn't work for me. Again, YMMV.
