This is going to sound terrible but i was surprise by Hallie’s depth - and i completely relate to the self deprecating humor that goes along with an eating disorder/mental health. Not only is she entertaining and funny, but i love that she mixes in real issues.

Hallie is such an entertaining person to listen to which I can’t wait for this podcast to get better over time. What makes a podcast great is story telling and I have a feeling she’s got fantastic stories that are so out of pocket. I will say I listened to the 2 episodes out, along with the CHD episode and the only thing is that most stories were repeated through all 3 of those episodes and were all kind of the same just said a bit differently. But I know this is so new so of course there’s going to be a learning curve.

I get the concept of being rich, unrelatable, and funny, but no one wants to listen to a group of friends ramble and cackle about inside jokes from a trip for an hour. It’s not interesting and it’s only funny to the friends involved. It’s like she puts zero effort into this. I get so bored and turn it off halfway through each episode.

It’s shocking that Alex would allow someone to get on a mic and say that condoms give them the ick. STIs are on the rise in the US. Condoms don’t just protect against pregnancy with your stronger than Zeus IUD. Syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, herpes, and HIV are not diseases to mess around with just because condoms give you the ick. It’s a dangerous thing to say on a podcast that promotes female sexual liberation.
