If I could give this show 10 stars I would!!
Very interesting stories. GREAT narration by Mark Dodson. Last but not least…it’s SO refreshing to hear a true crime podcast not full of profanity!! THANK YOU!

I downloaded this podcast unsure if I would like it, but it’s quickly becoming one of my favorite true crime podcasts. I like that he doesn’t use foul language and dramatic effects to draw people in. I really like the narrator’s voice and the stories he’s highlighted. My favorite part of true crime is following how the case was solved, and that’s exactly what this show is about.

This is SUCH a great show, but there’s just one small problem. The script is clearly written by a British person, whereas the narrator is American. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it does take you out of the moment to hear phrases like ‘waiting in the queue’ or that so and so ‘turned up’ somewhere. We don’t tend to use those phrases in the States, so the mismatch is off putting. Other than that, great show!

In a podcast world of loud obnoxious banter and music, it’s fun to get out of your head and another time and enjoy these well put together stories. Wish we had more like this!! Thank you and the voice work is top notch. My favorites at the older cases. 1920’s or 40’s 50’s. Please keep up the great work. You Will not find a better voice actor anywhere. Love this podcast and wish we had more like it. I feel like I’m taken back in time. Even has famous female detective's. Bravo!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
