I’ve been listening to this podcast for quite a while now. I work overnights so this keeps me busy. I enjoy that they have the victims families on and get input from both sides. It allows you to take in all information and decide how you personally feel about it without the narrator pushing it into one direction. They ask the right questions and the interviewing skills are impressive. Not afraid to step on toes to get a provoking answer. It keeps you stringing along curious to see how it ends. Some cases I’ve never even heard of. The diversity in the victims and people is refreshing as well. No complaints here. Don’t know why there’s complaints of the music, I think it’s balanced fine. Music is critical in good story telling. Also don’t forget it’s aired on tv, not made for podcasting so some things don’t work as well on podcast as they do on television. Or use headphones, I always use my AirPod Pro’s.

I LOVE the Talking Dateline addition to the show! Josh Mankiewicz is hilarious! I love the interactions between the hosts since we never get to hear that and they all have such great personalities so it’s nice to hear them talk about the cases in a “lighter” environment. It’s also fun to learn a little about their lives… like how Andrea has 6 kids and Josh has none so between them is a normal amount 😂

I treasure hearing Josh Mankiewicz, Dennis Murphy, Andrea Canning, and Keith Morrison. These individuals possess a unique knack for crafting captivating narratives that seize your focus and engulf your thoughts as you embark on a journey with their stories. The way Keith Morrison weaves his words together is truly captivating. He has a knack for using uncomplicated yet vivid language that instantly grabs your attention and immerses you in the story. It's almost as if you are a child again, sitting with a beloved Dr. Seuss book in your lap, except that the subject matter is far more sinister - a gripping murder mystery that keeps you on the edge of your seat. While I enjoy the broadcasts of each and every Dateline MC, Andrea obviously stands head and shoulders above the others. Her delivery is thorough without being intrusive and that means a great deal to listens. Thank you Andrea for not needing to draw the spotlight to yourself and letting those who lived it tell their story.

Been a subscriber for years, but the lack of new content is getting ridiculous, and ‘Talking Dateline’, fiction readings completely irrelevant to the show (‘Morrison’s Mysteries’), re-edits and sometimes just blatant reposts of old episodes are exceptionally poor substitutes… listening to this podcast is starting to feel like Groundhog Day. No thank you.

This episode was so bizarre compared to typical Dateline. The audio effects were horrible and irritating. But moreover, I've never heard an episode that was so disrespectful and unprofessional to a guest who was interviewed. The constant insinuations and build up of "something more happening" or even a romantic relationship between the journalist and Kevin came off as so unprofessional. Dateline has interviewed so many people involved in cases who have questionable backgrounds or who have done bad things and it's always done respectfully with the emphasis on the story, justice, and the visions. This episode about anything but justice or the victims.
