I enjoy the show’s content quite a bit but their inability to use compression, HPF/LPF and EQ to get a quality balanced sound between the various host’s/guest’s mics makes the show nearly unlistenable. There are a number of times where I turn it off because I’m tired of turning my radio up and down to adjust.

Let me get this straight from the start - I love this show, and I love these guys. Their dynamic and banter matches their knowledge and passion for what they talk about, and it can be difficult to find sports podcasts with hosts unafraid to speak their minds for fear of repercussion. They're brilliant and they're fun, and it's a highlight of my week when I get the opportunity to tune in.

But it looks like many of these reviews include the same tension - this is a college football show masquerading as a sports show. And I love how much these guys love college football. I think they should gear this show's branding and marketing towards college football, because that's where their passion lies and that's what they're good at. And if DW wants to draw in sports fans across the spectrum, bring on talent that cares to talk about the other sports on a new show to let Jake, Blain and David run with what they're good at. Because the fact that we got maybe a combined 15 minutes of coverage of baseball across episodes during the world series in favor of regular season NCAA football, as just one example, isn't a hallmark of a sports show.

These idiots are funny AND THEY KNOW COLLEGE FOOTBALL! They got me into following college football. If you want to learn about the teams and conferences, this is where you go!!

These guys are great. Nice to actually have subject matter experts talk college football and basketball at a detailed level. I follow the sport much closer now having made this part of my listen.

This really isn’t a sports podcast. It’s a college football podcast with a small smattering of sports thrown in. If you are obsessed with college football, then this is a fantastic listen. If you care about literally anything else, good luck getting any other content unless it’s the off-season.

I’ve listened to these guys since they moved over to the Daily Wire. I’ve recommended my friends and family listen to them. It was a great alternative to ESPN. They used to interact with fans, talk SPORTS, and be funny. They USED TO…not anymore.

The show has changed so much over the last 6 months or so. No longer do they talk sports. It’s only college football. And they are so biased to the SEC. Sometimes they’ll talk about other conferences but it’s mainly focused on the SEC. Thank goodness Auburn isn’t that good or that’s all they would talk about.

I used to think they were funny but now I just find Jake and Blain annoying. It’s like they think their opinion is the only one that matters, they are never wrong. David is the only one who is worth listening to anymore.

Jake often refers to something as “diet” if it’s a lesser version of something. I would say this show is a “diet” version of Josh Pate’s college football podcast.

I will turn my attention to another podcast. They have lost me as a listener. Maybe someday they’ll go back to what they used to be. Bring back the SPORTS show.
