Breathe In, Breathe Out with Krystal Jakosky
Breathe In, Breathe Out is a weekly mindfulness and meditation podcast hosted by yours truly, Krystal Jakosky. Each week, we'll release a brand new lesson or meditation focused on helping you navigate your life by giving YOU the tools to become your own healer. Through the topics we cover and the meditations we experience, we'll journey towards self-acceptance and ownership. Our meditations will cover a range of topics - from building your self-esteem and owning who you are to uncovering some of those not-so-pretty parts within us that hold us back from being our truest selves. Together we can change the world by embracing ourselves, past, future, and most importantly, the present. We can't promise it'll be easy, but we can promise it'll be worth it. Welcome to Breathe In, Breathe Out.

The Boxes We Were Raised In
We are brought into this world by humans who want to protect us and see us succeed. They teach us in the path they know and have followed. As we grow up, sometimes this path - or box - no longer serves us. We all have to find our own way. Separate from your family of origin, who are you? What do you stand for? What do you believe in? This week's episode of Breathe In, Breathe Out encourages you to think critically of all the boxes you were raised in in order to live your truest, authentic life possible. ----------- Breathe In, Breathe Out is a weekly mindfulness and meditation podcast hosted by Krystal Jakosky - a teacher and writer based in Colorado helping people “own their shit” and take ownership of their own lives. Through personal stories, guided meditations, and hard truths, Krystal gives her listeners the tools necessary to become their own magic pill. The Truth in Every Bit of Sarcasm
Part of living our most authentic lives is taking ownership. When we slight someone with words, we skirt our true emotions. Being present and changing the way we connect with each other is a gift. I pray your awareness of “truth in sarcasm” brings about more clarity and love for yourself and for those around you.

When our mirror hasn’t been cleaned in a while and the reflection needs some attention, what we see reflected back doesn't support where we truly want to be. This week's meditation is a way to help you clean YOUR mirror so that you're better able to speak your truth and live authentically.
